How it works
From first message to pregnancy test
There is no mystery to an IVF cycle once someone lays it out in order. Here is exactly what happens, when, and what is expected of you at each point.

First conversation
Day 0A free call or WhatsApp exchange. You describe your history; I tell you which pathways are realistic and roughly what each costs. No pressure, no packages pushed.

Tests and review
1–2 weeksAMH, FSH, a recent scan and a semen analysis are reviewed by the clinic's specialist. You get a written protocol back — which medication, which dose, which day.

Stimulation at home
10–12 daysYou start medication in your own country and send scan results as you go. Nothing about travel is booked until the response is confirmed.
- 04
In Cyprus
7–10 daysArrival, final scan, egg collection, fertilisation, and either a fresh transfer or a freeze-all depending on the genetic testing route chosen.
- 05
After
12 days to testPost-transfer medication, a test date, and a follow-up plan — including what happens and what changes if the cycle does not work.
The role
What a coordinator actually does
A clinic sells treatment. A coordinator makes the treatment fit your life. I read your test results before your first consultation, translate the clinic's protocol into plain language, tell you which medications to start and when, keep the clinic moving so results don't sit in an inbox, and stay reachable while you are abroad. If a plan needs to change mid-cycle, you hear it from me — not from a form letter.
