What is collected
Only what you send: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics profiling of individual visitors.
Health information
If you share test results, a diagnosis, or details of previous treatment, that is health data and is treated as confidential. It is used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a treatment plan with the partner clinic, and only after you have asked me to do so.
The chat assistant
Messages typed into the website chat are processed to generate a reply and are not stored against your identity. Do not put test results, names or other identifying details into the chat — use WhatsApp or email for anything specific to your case.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, unless you ask. Details are passed to the partner clinic only when you want a plan or a quotation prepared. Your information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never given to a third party for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Where treatment goes ahead, correspondence is kept for as long as the clinical relationship requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, for corrections, or for everything to be deleted. Email the address above and it will be actioned within 30 days.
